Spies Consulting Ltd is an independent boutique firm specialising in risk management and insurance consulting for companies in Israel and worldwide. The firm has been operating since 2002 and has built a reputation over more than 20 years.
The firm provides its clients with professional, innovative and distinctive solutions, grounded in broad knowledge, experience and expertise in risk management and insurance. Our clients are diverse and include companies from every field, among them high-tech, medical, construction and building, local authorities, developers and more.
CEO and founder
The firm was founded by Tomas Spies, CEO and founder. Tomas previously held senior positions at some of Israel's largest insurance companies and insurance agencies, including senior management roles. Our team brings more than 76 years of combined professional experience in risk management and insurance, along with extensive experience in the international insurance market.

Over the years we have gained extensive experience working with some of Israel's largest and leading companies, across a wide range of sectors: industry, high-tech, biotech, medical and pharma — including expertise in clinical trials insurance worldwide — as well as real estate, real estate development and construction, infrastructure, logistics, tourism and more.
The firm maintains a broad and close network of relationships with insurance companies, local and international brokers and other professionals in the field. This allows us to tailor efficient, professional, innovative and distinctive insurance solutions to our clients' needs and the nature of their operations, as part of a comprehensive risk management and insurance programme.
